Rock Fest

I had a last minute outing to Abbotsbury this morning ,when I arrived it was blowing quite a bit and the sea was choppy with a a dark brown colour but it was  fishable . I didn't really expect to catch much but it's better then staying in watching tv ! The fish that I thought I would catch all turned up but I didn't expect to be catching them all day there was plenty of fish about all be it dog fish ,pout, whiting and loads of rockling  .I tried a lot of different rigs 3 hook clip downs, pulleys, droppers and  a French wire boom just above the weight and nearly all the fish come on the bottom snoods of the 3 hook and wire boom rigs with  black lug and rag/lug mix.

The night fishing was as
